Reformer Pilates

This class focuses on building strength, control, and stability using the Pilates Reformer. Through precise, controlled movement, you will develop deep core activation, full-body strength, spinal alignment, and coordinated movement patterns to support efficient, functional movement.

The Reformer challenges control, alignment, and muscular endurance through both resistance and assistance, helping improve posture, enhance joint stability, and build strength in both unilateral and bilateral patterns.

Best For

Clients with some Pilates experience who want to build functional strength, improve alignment and stability, and deepen body awareness through controlled, progressive movement.

Not Recommended For

Beginners with no prior Pilates experience, or individuals with acute injuries (knee, hip, shoulder, or lower back), unless cleared by a qualified professional.

Offered in three intensity levels

Stability Chair

This class focuses on building strength, control, and stability using the Pilates Stability Chair. Through controlled, precision-based movements, you’ll develop core activation, lower-body power, shoulder girdle stability, and full-body coordination to support efficient, functional movement patterns.

The Stability Chair challenges balance, alignment, and neuromuscular control, helping refine posture, improve joint stability, and build strength in both unilateral and bilateral patterns.

Best for:
Clients with prior Pilates experience who want to build functional strength, improve balance and stability, and deepen body awareness through controlled, challenging exercises.

Not recommended for:
Beginners with no prior Pilates experience, or individuals with acute knee, hip, shoulder, or low-back injuries unless cleared by a professional.

Tower Pilates

This class focuses on building strength, control, and stability using the Pilates Tower Reformer. Through precise, controlled movement, you will develop deep core activation, spinal alignment, upper-body strength, and integrated full-body coordination to support efficient, functional movement.

The Tower Reformer combines spring resistance with supportive feedback, challenging alignment, mobility, and neuromuscular control. It helps improve posture, enhance joint stability, and build strength through both assisted and resisted movement patterns.

Best For

Clients with some Pilates experience who are looking to improve alignment, build balanced strength, and deepen body awareness through controlled, supportive resistance.

Not Recommended For

Beginners with no prior Pilates experience, or individuals with acute injuries (neck, shoulder, hip, or lower back) unless cleared by a qualified professional.

Offered in Three intensity levels

Barre

This class focuses on building strength, control, and endurance through a low-impact blend of Pilates principles, barre, and functional movement. In a smooth, flowing sequence, you will develop alignment, muscular strength, and full-body coordination while remaining gentle on the joints.

Barre challenges stability, precision, and muscular endurance through small, controlled movements and sustained holds, helping refine posture, improve balance, and create long, balanced strength throughout the body.

Best For

Clients of all levels looking to improve posture, build lean strength, and enhance balance and endurance in a low-impact, elegant format.

Not Recommended For

Individuals with acute lower-body or joint injuries (hips, knees, ankles) unless cleared by a qualified professional.

Jumping-Board

A low-impact, high-energy Reformer class designed to improve cardiovascular endurance, lower-body strength, and safe landing mechanics. This class uses the Jumpboard to create a dynamic, athletic workout while maintaining the precision and control of Pilates.

Expect a mix of rhythmic jumping sequences and strength-based intervals, with a strong focus on alignment, core support, hip–knee control, and shock absorption. Movements are carefully cued to reduce joint impact and improve coordination, making this class both challenging and joint-friendly.

Best for:
Clients with Pilates experience who want to add cardio while maintaining control and proper mechanics.

Not recommended for:
Acute knee, ankle, or low-back injuries, or anyone new to Reformer Pilates without prior experience.
