YJ

With over 20 years of professional ballet experience, YJ brings a deep understanding of movement and body mechanics. With more than 5 years of Pilates training, YJ is skilled in equipment such as the Mat, Barrel, Stability Chair, Cadillac, and Reformer.

YJ is certified in STOTT Athletic Conditioning and has specialized training in Zenga and Stability Chair Pilates, along with certifications in Senior, Rehabilitation (Shoulder & Hip), Pre & Post-Natal, and Scoliosis Pilates. Fluent in Korean and English, YJ is dedicated to helping clients achieve their fitness and rehabilitation goals through personalized training.

Jasmine

English, Mandarin

Jasmine is a fully certified STOTT Pilates instructor, trained across Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Stability Chair, and Barrels.


Originally drawn to Pilates to address lower back tension and postural imbalances, she discovered the transformative impact of mindful, intelligent movement.


With a calm and supportive teaching style, Jasmine helps clients develop greater awareness, strength, and control

Candy

With a background in healthcare, Candy loves helping people move better and live without pain.

With a strong understanding of anatomy and safe movement, her classes are calm, fun, and just the right amount of challenging.

She focuses on proper breathing techniques, alignment, and control, using tactile cues and visualization to help you feel supported every step of the way. Expect to leave class feeling stronger, energized, refreshed—and maybe a little taller. :)

After experiencing lower back pain from years of strength training, she discovered Pilates and the lasting benefits of its focused, mindful approach.


With a supportive and attentive teaching style, Allison is dedicated to helping clients build strength, confidence, and pain-free movement.

Sarah

English, Mandarin

Sarah is a STOTT PILATES® instructor and RYT-200 certified yoga teacher, with a strong foundation in anatomy and biomechanics supported by a Master’s degree in Life Sciences.


Her teaching blends scientific understanding with mindful movement, creating sessions that balance precision, control, and challenge.


With an encouraging and inclusive approach, Sarah helps clients build strength, push their limits, and feel empowered in their movement practice.

Kelly is a mom of two and a Pilates, barre, and yoga enthusiast who makes movement fun.

 

Focusing on alignment and core engagement, her full-body classes sculpt, tone, and strengthen. Her playful, hands-on energy leaves students feeling challenged, strong, and smiling.

Youjeong

English, Korean

Youjeong is trained in Rehabilitation Pilates through the International Rehabilitation Pilates Association (Korea) and specializes in passive stretching, posture and motion analysis, and functional movement.


 

Her background also includes certifications in prenatal and postnatal yoga, functional anatomy, sports massage therapy, and 200-hour yoga instruction.


 

With a thoughtful and personalized approach, Youjeong helps clients develop comfortable movement patterns, improved posture, and a well-balanced body.
