With over 20 years of professional ballet experience, YJ brings a deep understanding of movement and body mechanics to your sessions. With more than 5 years of experience in Pilates, YJ is well-versed in a variety of equipment, including the KEPA Mat, Barrel, Stability Chair, Cadillac, and Reformer. YJ is certified in Stott Athletic Conditioning and has specialized training in Stott Zenga Pilates and Stott Group Stability Chair Pilates. Additionally, YJ holds certifications in Senior Pilates, Shoulder & Hip Rehabilitation Pilates, Pre & Post-Natal Pilates, and Scoliosis Pilates. Fluent in both Korean and English, YJ is committed to helping you achieve your fitness and rehabilitation goals through tailored Pilates techniques.

Jasmine is a fully certified STOTT Pilates instructor, holding comprehensive full-level certifications in Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrels.
She was first introduced to Pilates as a way to address lower back tension and postural imbalances. What began as a personal wellness journey quickly became a passion, as she experienced the powerful impact of mindful, intelligent movement on both body and mind.
With a calm and supportive, and customized approach, Jasmine is dedicated to helping her clients move with greater awareness, strength, and control.

After experiencing lower back pain from years of strength training, she discovered Pilates and found lasting relief through its focused, mindful approach. As posture and
strength improved, she found a passion for helping others also feel strong, supported, and pain-free. Allison is dedicated to guiding clients through the transformative benefits of Pilates.
